Trade Promotion & Events Department

  • Conduct market prospecting missions
  • Organize trade fairs outside of Vietnam
  • Organize Vietnam International Home Décor and Gift Fair (Lifestyle Vietnam)
  • Organize Vietnam International Specialties Fair
  • Organize local craft and food fairs
  • Set up distribution network for gift products in Vietnam and in the region
  • Organize buying and business-matching missions
  • Provide sourcing services for the buyers
  • Organize international handicraft light festivals
  • Organize design weeks and design competitions
  • Organize other creative festivals and events

International Cooperation Department

  • Develop and implement international cooperation programs
  • Build cooperation networks with international Trade Promotion Organizations
  • Build cooperation networks with Professional Associations all over the world
  • Build and develop international cooperation programs on product design
  • Establish business relationship with the donors
  • Develop regional cooperation programs
  • Develop the network of craft and design showrooms in different countries
  • Open the network of representatives in different countries
  • Development of the sale agents for Vietcraft events

Design and Product Development Department

  • Study on the design trends in the targeted markets
  • Develop the network of the creative and design centers in Vietnam
  • Provide graphic design services (web, corporate identity, publications...)
  • Provide product design and prototyping services
  • Provide public and event designs
  • Provide packaging design services
  • Provide styling and merchandizing services

One Village One Product Department

  • Research the potential of OVOP in Vietnam and the region
  • Provide training on di erent aspects of OVOP
  • Develop of the premium OVOP products
  • Build the model of OVOP
  • Establish the network of OVOP promotion in Vietnam
  • Establish the network of global OVOP

Sustainable Craft Villages Tourism Department

  • Identify the potential of craft village tourism
  • Provide training and build capacity for local partners
  • Enhance local community involvement in the tourism
  • Develop tourism-related products and services in the villages
  • Provide tour and travel services
  • Manage negative impacts in tourism

Membership Department

  • Develop new membership system
  • Monitor member rights and obligations.
  • Organize events to meet and admit new members
  • Organize social events in support of members and charitable activities

Administration Department

  • Manage VIETCRAFT o ce in accordance with Regulations
  • Advise and recommend policies to ensure bene ts for VIETCRAFT staffs
  • Manage Green Office Program of the Association
  • Manage office work in line with international standards.
